Track Your Order

No matter what shipping option you choose, you can log in and check the status of your shipment right from the My Account Page.  Our site integrates with USPS and UPS, including their real-time shipping updates.

Save Your Order for Later or Reorder

When in your cart, you will notice we have an option for you to save your cart. When you do this your saved cart can be pulled up again by visiting the My Account. Simply choose “Continue Order” and keep going.

I should point out that this is not a way to make sure you get something that is available for a limited time. For example, if there is a limited stock of a Seasonal Scent, putting your favorite in the cart and saving it will not guarantee that it will be in stock when you get to checkout. 

In addition, if your order with us is pretty standard, you will see that you can look at your past orders and simply click “Reorder.” All of those items, with limitations of stock, will be placed in your cart and you will be taken to checkout.
