Q: How do I become a retailer of CJ's products?
Q: I just received my CJ’s Original BUTTer®. It seems kind of separated and grainy, unlike others I’ve received. What’s wrong and can I fix it?
If you’d prefer your BUTTer to be creamy, please follow these instructions.
Take the lid off of your pot/tub or the cap off of your tube. If using a tube, grab a coffee mug and stand the tube in the mug, with the opening up. Put your container in the microwave for 15 seconds. When finished, open the microwave and check the temperature of the container. If it is hot, wait for a minute or so until it is cool (we don't want the container to melt). If using a tube, check the container, keeping in mind that your coffee mug might be hot. Repeat this process, checking the container each time and allowing it to cool to prevent the container from melting, until the BUTTer® is liquid. Remove the container, using a potholder (especially if you have tube in a coffee mug; we don't want you to get burned, either) and, keeping in mind the liquid is hot, put your lid back on your pot/tub/tube. From here, you can allow the BUTTer® to set back up at room temperature. Your crystals, so long as the BUTTer® sets back up at a steady temperature, should now be gone.
