BUTTer Me Up Baby Contest!

"BUTTer Me Up Baby!

I'm Heather the General Production Manager at CJ's.  As some of you may know I am expecting my second child pretty soon.  My due date is October 18th (32 days and counting!).  For what it is worth, my daughter was born Oct 24th, 2009 at 36 weeks 6 days.  She weighed 7 lbs. 9.5 oz and was 19 inches long.  We thought it would be fun to hear your predictions over the next week (or until baby arrives which ever comes first)!
What makes this really fun is I don't know any of the answers yet either!  It has been noted numerous times that baby is measuring "large" by about 3 weeks.  A rather early first ultrasound did confirm the same due date (October 18th 2013) that the timeline had predicted so this has been left alone since the earlier the ultrasound is done the more accurate it is thought to be.
This prize pack seemed like a great opportunity to share with you what my CJ's BUTTer® essentials are for my hospital bag. I'm including my recommendations on scents/flavors for each item and my reasoning - but here's the deal if you win you get to pick the scents /flavors of your choice!

"BUTTer Me Up Baby!

Prize Pack ($53 value)

(1) 8 oz. BUTTer Pot ($15)

I recommend Unscented because of the oh so many uses for Mama & Baby! It's just so much more versatile, and newborns can be much more sensitive to fragrances than older children. I've packed this in my hospital bag for baby care, postpartum care and anything else I might need it for!

(1) 8 oz. Lotion Pot ($13.50)

I recommend Peppermint Cream for swollen feet and ankles, plus It's been a really lifesaver in reliving migraine headaches, as well as congestion from cold and allergies especially during my pregnancy! I've packed this in my hospital bag for aromatherapy or foot massages during labor.

(1)Carcass Cleaner ($13.50)

I recommend Lavender & Tea Tree because of the incredible benefits these two essential oils have to offer. I use this daily as a face wash, body wash, hand soap, shampoo and shaving cream but am looking forward to using it as a cloth wipes solution as well! Of course I have one of these in my hospital bag for the shower!

(1) 2. oz. Best Boobie BUTTer ($4)

While I cannot yet personally attest to this as a nipple cream I can say that it is incredibly moisturizing and very effective on blisters and calluses. It has received rave reviews in the feedback we have received on it and had been deemed to be the very most effective nipple cream by customers who've said they've tried EVERYTHING! Knowing this I have packed one of these in my hospital bag as well since I'm planning to breastfeed.

(2) CJ's BUTTer Lip Balms ($3.50 each)

because one just isn't enough!!!

This one is hard to make a recommendation on because they are all so amazing! My personal favorites are Lip-tricity (this is in my purse), Lemon Cheese Cake (is in my labor bag), and Frosted Pumpkin Cake (this one is in my toiletry bag for the hospital). This lip balm is incredibly moisturizing and the flavors are downright addictive! I always make sure to have one on hand, but made doubly sure sure to include one of these in my labor bag for the hospital since Lamaze breathing can dry lips out pretty quickly!
